ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join their team for an exciting long-term contract with one of their esteemed clients, based in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow solution architecture with expertise in IRM/GRC, CRM/HRSD, and AI/ML capabilities, ensuring successful enterprise implementations and production deployments.
• Design and deliver AI-first solutions, including GenAI and AI Agent use cases, to accelerate customer adoption and time-to-value on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and partner teams to develop, pilot, and scale innovative implementation frameworks and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance to enterprise customers and system integrators while contributing to enablement materials, reference architectures, and thought leadership content.
• Drive customer success through strong communication, problem-solving, Agile delivery practices, and a customer-centric approach, with flexibility to travel up to 50% as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading complex ServiceNow implementations and production deployments.
• Expertise in IRM/GRC, CRM/HRSD, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly GenAI and AI Agent use cases.
• Experience in developing and scaling innovative implementation frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote role with occasional travel.
