You will collaborate with software developers, solution architects, customer experience, and QA engineers to design new business models that drive true digital transformation using the ServiceNow Platform as a Service (PaaS).

Design engineers are platform masters who deliver breakthrough process designs. They understand how to optimize the value of the ServiceNow platform based on a client’s unique business problem, recognizing that digital transformation requires more than software implementation. Our engineers are not order takers; they are integral to establishing breakthrough process designs that move beyond incremental improvements.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients as part of strategic design and execution—not as a requirements gatherer, but as a collaborative problem-solver.
• Shift from gathering requirements to asking strategic questions, such as:
  • What does the strategic design and implementation roadmap look like?
  • How does this software enable, drive, or contribute to strategy?
  • What results-oriented impact will this software have on the client?
  • How else can this software be leveraged for this client?
• Deliver breakthrough process designs that address business problems holistically, avoiding siloed, incremental improvements.
• Apply both IQ and EQ (emotional intelligence) to provide out-of-the-box ideas for solving complex problems.

Requirements

• Must be a self-starter with a sense of ownership over strategic design and implementation.
• Must be interested in creative, complex problem-solving and outside-the-box thinking.
• Must be results-driven.
