Key Responsibilities Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using CMDB modules, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic goals and requirements.Candidates must enjoy fast paced environment with work on several customers platforms during the same period.Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to gather and define system requirements and design solutions.Perform data analysis, integrations, and migration activities to ensure accurate and seamless data flow within ServiceNow. Experience with Jira Service Management.Understand the uses and abilities of app engine studio AES within ServiceNow.Customize and enhance ServiceNow's catalog features, workflows, and functionalities to meet the unique needs of our clients.Customize and enhance ServiceNow's asset management features, integration abilities, and functionalities to work with existing clients software.Thorough understanding and strong ability to create catalog items and customize workflows.Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the highest level of quality and performance.Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring system stability and uptime.Continuously stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement. Qualifications Requirements Bachelors Degree and 2-5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration,. 4 Additional years can be used in lieu of a degreeCandidates must have or ability to obtain Service Now CIS in one or more of the following SPM, Data Foundations, Disc, SAM, HAM.Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.Candidates must be eligible to get a Secret Clearance.Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide Script, and PowerShell.Solid understanding of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM best practices and frameworks.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and integrations with third-party systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
