Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects
- Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
- Cook up with stakeholders, developers, and business teams
- Track project progress, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure on-time, high-quality ServiceNow releases
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of ServiceNow project management experience
- Honed hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Preferred: Scrum Master and/or ServiceNow certifications
- Experience in Agile environments
