ServiceNow Product Owner
Our client, a leading Financial Services Company, is seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Product Owner to join the ServiceNow Platform Team within Service Design. This position is available only for direct W-2 employment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
Responsibilities
- Owns the ServiceNow automation and AI roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize L1 ticket deflection, ROI, and business value across ITSM processes
- Leverages incident, escalation, and customer feedback data to identify automation opportunities, validate solution effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with architecture, development, and QA teams
- Evaluates and manages vendors and partners, ensures knowledge transfer, communicates roadmap progress, and drives stakeholder adoption of automation and AI capabilities
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and hands-on familiarity with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence
- Experience owning a product roadmap or similar prioritization function, including metric-driven decision making
- Working knowledge of Flow Designer, orchestration, and integration patterns sufficient to direct and evaluate developer work
- Experience evaluating vendors or implementation partners, including RFP processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification
- ServiceNow Now Assist Skill Kit certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience with ServiceNow releases Xanadu or Yokohama
- Background in problem management or root-cause elimination disciplines

Work Environment
Preferred location: Chicago, but fully remote is acceptable.
Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is between $84,000 and $120,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
