ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Work closely with business users to understand their needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows using ServiceNow.
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Maintain platform performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• 4+ years of experience.
• PREFERRED: Experience in JavaScript, REST APIs, C#, ServiceNow, git, Azure DevOps.
• PROVEN: Experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Systems Analyst.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

• EXCELLENT: Computer skills.
• EXCELLENT: Communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABILITY: Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
