About the Role
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Platform Developer) with proven experience designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ITSM, CMDB, workflow automation, platform development, integrations, and application architecture. This individual will be hands-on designing and developing scalable solutions that automate business processes, improve service delivery, build frameworks, and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop scalable solutions to automate business processes and improve service delivery.
- Build frameworks and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Leverage expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and workflow automation.
- Architect and develop applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (client-side and server-side).
- Experience developing integrations.
Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred
