ServiceNow Integration Hub Developer

About the role

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and various external systems using Integration Hub spokes, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations between ServiceNow and Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS, and other REST APIs
• Design low-code workflows to automate incident management and HR workflows
• Develop approval processes through flows and subflows
• Create and maintain integrations using Integration Hub (spokes)
• Utilize Flow Designer to create and manage integrations
• Implement and test scripted REST APIs and OAuth 2.0
• Workday Web Services integration experience preferred

Requirements

• Strong hands-on and leadership experience in Integration Hub spokes
• Practical experience on Flow Designer and scripted REST APIs
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on OAuth 2.0
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Workday Web Services or REST integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
