ServiceNow Functional Lead
Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Support the client’s Nuvolo/ServiceNow real estate technology solution by triaging issues and maintaining service continuity.
- Meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify desired outcomes.
- Partner with the client product owner to scope, design, and prioritize solution fixes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the offshore team to develop and deliver approved fixes and enhancement requests.
- Respond to business questions on system functionality and translate technical details into clear, practical guidance.
- Provide weekly status updates to the product owner on progress, risks, and next steps.

The Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in software development
- 3+ years’ experience supporting Nuvolo/ServiceNow production.
- Experience leading offshore technical teams to deliver fixes, enhancements, and production support.
- Hands-on ServiceNow administrator and technical experience.
- Experience working directly with business teams to gather requirements and support functional discussions.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
