Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Support the client’s Nuvolo/ServiceNow real estate technology solution by triaging issues and maintaining service continuity.
  • Meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify desired outcomes.
  • Partner with the client product owner to scope, design, and prioritize solution fixes and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the offshore team to develop and deliver approved fixes and enhancement requests.
  • Respond to business questions on system functionality and translate technical details into clear, practical guidance.
  • Provide weekly status updates to the product owner on progress, risks, and next steps.

The Team

The Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. They offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. The team works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, helping them navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and implement practical solutions before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions creating lasting impact.

The Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. They help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in software development
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting Nuvolo/ServiceNow production.
  • Experience leading offshore technical teams to deliver fixes, enhancements, and production support.
  • Hands-on ServiceNow administrator and technical experience.
  • Experience working directly with business teams to gather requirements and support functional discussions.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,600.00 to $188,400.00.
