ServiceNow Developer with AI agent experience

Responsibilities

• Build and configure ServiceNow agents and platform components following technical design concepts.
• Apply AI-enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality practices.
• Perform peer reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams in a fast-paced, pilot-driven environment.
• Develop and enhance AI Agent products, including Technical Design Agents, Configuration (Config) Agent, and AI Testing and Quality-focused agents.
• Support ongoing refinement of agent logic, prompts, and behaviors to improve accuracy, reliability, and usability.
• Maintain strong documentation and problem-solving practices.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Developer experience.
• Exposure in building ServiceNow agents, ServiceNow platform configuration, or technical design concepts.
• Test support experience.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable performing peer reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000 a year
