Responsibilities
Design & Build:
- Develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow solutions that power key business functions
- Build workflows, automations, and integrations that reduce manual effort and drive efficiency
Deliver & Improve:
- Contribute to sprint ceremonies, testing cycles, and releases
- Ensure all code is high quality, reviewed, and aligned with best practices
Maintain & Support:
- Keep ServiceNow systems running smoothly by monitoring performance and resolving issues
- Configure platform components including catalog items, business rules, notifications and reports
Respond & Resolve:
- Support escalations, troubleshoot incidents, and help maintain system continuity
- Collaborate with technical teams during critical incidents and recommend improvements
Innovate with Automation & AI:
- Experiment with automation tools and AI-driven capabilities
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational processes
Document & Share:
- Create clear, structured documentation and knowledge base content
- Share insights and best practices to strengthen team collaboration
Develop & Grow:
- Continuously develop your skills across cloud, automation and security
- Support and collaborate with teammates while expanding your own expertise
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow development, configuration, and platform maintenance
- Proven understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or related platform capabilities
- Strong knowledge of scripting and web technologies such as JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and modern frameworks
- Experience building workflows, automations, and integrations within enterprise systems
- Solid understanding of IT service management principles and frameworks
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues with a structured and analytical approach
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for continuous learning in a fast-moving environment
