Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
- Customize and enhance ITSM applications based on business requirements
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance
- Participate in code reviews and technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall software development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow ITSM applications
- Experience in the Financial Services industry
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development, customization, and administration
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large enterprise Financial Services organizations
- Knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Experience with ServiceNow platform integrations and enterprise-scale implementations
