The West Michigan Client is seeking a software engineer to develop and deploy out-of-the-box and near-out-of-the-box solutions in their ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate should have experience with REST APIs, building solutions in ServiceNow, and be comfortable with basic "run" activities within ServiceNow. Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of fellow developers to implement API integrations
• Fix bugs based on priority defined by your team lead
• Maintain updates on your active user stories within ServiceNow
• Build and update flows and modules in ServiceNow
• Attend daily stand up with your team
• Collaborate with our Architect to create solutions to address our challenges
• Be available on call at times for occasional issues that may arise in our systems

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with development in ServiceNow
• Strategic Portfolio Management/Strategic Planning Workspace (Experience mandatory)
• Legal Service Delivery (Strong preference)
• IRM/GRC
• API development
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript
• REST API
• OAuth
