ServiceNow Developer

The Role Perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver digital transformation solutions with an emphasis on request fulfillment and automated workflows. Support the setup and configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules. Create and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, roles, dashboards, and scheduled reports. Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades, including tool integrations. Adhere to coding standards, procedures, and techniques while contributing to technical code documentation. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow development and upgrades. Proficiency in developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with virtual teams. Experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure. Ability to obtain IAT level 2 or 3 certification within 30 days of hire.
