About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading software and solutions provider, specializing in digital transformation for clients across various industries leveraging cutting-edge platforms.
Responsibilities
- Perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver digital transformation solutions with an emphasis on request fulfillment and automated workflows.
- Support the setup and configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
- Create and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, roles, dashboards, and scheduled reports.
- Cook up and support application and platform upgrades, including tool integrations.
- Adhere to coding standards, procedures, and techniques while contributing to technical code documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow development and upgrades.
- Proficiency in developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with virtual teams.
- Experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
- Ability to obtain IAT level 2 or 3 certification within 30 days of hire.
