ServiceNow Dev Lead || Lake St Louis,MO || W2 Lead and contribute to a strategic greenfield reset of Ameren's ServiceNow Platform, implementing best practices and out-of-the-box configurations to reduce technical debt. Migrate legacy ServiceNow instances to new platform instances, ensuring data integrity and optimal functionality. Rebuild and enable multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, On-call Module, Platform Analytics, Employee Center, Collaborative Work Management, Integrations, SAM, HAM, Strategic Portfolio Management, Business Continuity, GRC/IRM, NowAssist for ITSM, and Virtual Agent. Participate in daily scrum meetings; assign and manage story points for agile sprints. Act as lead engineer for specific workstreams, overseeing implementation, integration redesign, project meetings, and technical direction. Perform configuration and custom development as necessary to support ServiceNow workstreams and project requirements. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and engineers to rework and enhance assigned ServiceNow modules. Support testing, validation, deployment, and release processes for new and updated platform features. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow Common Service Data Model and standards throughout the reset and migration. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and advanced technical expertise with the ServiceNow platform. Leverage previous experience with ServiceNow platform resets, platform migrations, and module implementations.
