Requirements
- ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) architecture.
- Enterprise Agentic AI solution architecture.
- 10+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Must have life-sciences background.
Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic AI solution using ServiceNow CSM, Now Assist, Flow designer.
- Design multi-agent architectures using model context protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent communication patterns.
- Design secure enterprise integrations between ServiceNow and external API platforms.
- Define enterprise data architecture supporting AI agents, customer context, analytics.
- Real time decisioning through Snowflake and related platforms.
- Lead architecture workshops, establish technical road maps.
- Implement AI governance controls.
