ServiceNow Application Architect

Location: Madison, WI (Remote) – must be a current Wisconsin resident.

Duration: 12+ months with highly possible extension or conversion.

About the role

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet organizational needs. Implement workflows, scripting, and integrations within ServiceNow modules. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless system configurations and automation. Document system processes and configurations for ongoing support and improvements. Serve as a technical expert and subject-matter expert during platform implementation and support.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, Glide scripting, and SQL
• Proven experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
• Experience creating Business Rules and UI Policies within ServiceNow
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, CSM)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
