About the role

As an on-site pest control technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and implementing effective solutions to manage and prevent pest infestations in various types of establishments such as restaurants, schools, factories, and airports. You will work independently and visit up to nine clients daily, conducting inspections, providing diagnoses, and developing tailored treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose pest issues in commercial and institutional settings.
• Develop and implement comprehensive pest management plans.
• Provide preventative measures to reduce the risk of future infestations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and understanding of the services provided.
• Operate a Rentokil business vehicle to reach clients efficiently.

Requirements

• A valid Class B driver’s license.
• Flexible availability between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the field of pest control.
• Numerical aptitude and ability to plan tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and handle equipment safely.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
