Responsibilities
- Cook up and dispatch technicians based on certifications, skills, and customer needs while providing timely updates throughout the repair process.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by answering questions, securing approvals, managing purchase orders, and ensuring a positive service experience.
- Maintain technician productivity, track repair progress, and help keep service work on schedule and aligned with company standards.
- Support the full-service lifecycle, including parts coordination, vendor purchase orders, maintenance agreements, invoicing details, and operational follow-through.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to organize multiple priorities, manage schedules, and coordinate activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and confidence working with service systems, repair documentation, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.
- A team-first mindset with a commitment to professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of service systems, repair documentation, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.
