Service Valet - Customer Service - Lot Attendant

About the role

ELCO Chevrolet Cadillac in Ballwin, MO is seeking a full or part‑time Service Valet to work in the Service drive. The position involves greeting customers, transporting vehicles, and assisting with other duties as assigned. Porters/Valets are members of Local 618 Teamsters Union; monthly dues and a one‑time initiation fee are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers for their business with an outgoing and enthusiastic attitude
• Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by operating washing equipment
• Transport vehicles safely on the dealership lot
• Inspect incoming vehicles for prior damage
• May assist with local automobile deliveries
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 3 years
• Willing to take a pre‑employment drug screening test
• At least 17 years old and a senior in high school
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and tolerate prolonged standing and walking
• Authorized to work in the United States; no work‑authorization sponsorship required now or in the future
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (full‑time) or part‑time 8 am – 12:30 pm
