Service Test Engineer

We are seeking an innovative problem solver and analytical thinker to join our Fluke Service Engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Using technology tools to assist in developing test and service solutions such as CAD, 3D Printing, and various software tools.
- Working well in team or independent environments, and the ability to take on technical leadership roles as needed.
- Aid with concepts for potential projects that will significantly improve efficiency or expand calibration, adjustment and repair capabilities.
- Collaborate with Service Engineer Team Members and Management to ensure that Service Engineering initiatives and project deliverables are met.
- Aid with planning, development, and execution of the assembly, installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of new and existing automation systems, test fixtures and other equipment.
- Develop and support automated and manual test procedures.
- Develop, publish and maintain service documentation for the global service community.
- Possess an understanding and commitment to the quality management system policies and procedures.
- FBS - Daily Management, Visual Management, Kaizen, PD, KPI, Advanced problem solving.
- Provide engineering support to service labs and authorized service partners globally.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident.
- Engineering degree in EE or ME, or 4+ years equivalent work experience.
- Programming experience in languages such as C++, C#, Java, Labview, Visual Basic, Python and METCAL preferred.
- Capability to evaluate and solve complex problems.
- Ability to multitask, contribute and collaborate in a team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings.
- Experience in test equipment calibration, adjustment and repair.
- Ability to design, build and validate test fixtures.
- Knowledgeable in metrology practices such as measurement uncertainties and accuracies.
- Some travel may be required.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,190.00 - 135,585.00.
