Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently using troubleshooting skills.
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Take advantage of company and manufacturer-sponsored training to adapt to changes in technology and learn new skills.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics (experience preferred).
• Clear and concise communication abilities, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Valid work authorization; candidates must be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

• Large, spacious service shop in Hawley with room for even the largest ag equipment indoors.
