Service Technician Trainee

Responsibilities
- Learn how to build strong customer relationships while maintaining and servicing commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service during scheduled service visits.
- Maintain and service commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Deliver products and manage inventory at customer locations.
- Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services.
- Manage your daily route and work independently after training.
Requirements
- No previous service technician experience required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and solve problems.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools or willing to learn.
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable participating in an occasional on-call rotation.
Qualifications
You don't need previous service technician experience—we're looking for people with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- A valid driver's license.
- Enjoy working independently while serving customers.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Like learning new skills and solving problems.

Pay
$49,000 - $59,000 per year or more
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. No nights or weekends as part of your regular schedule. Overtime available based on business needs.
