Service Technician - Toyota of Santa Fe

Toyota of Santa Fe is seeking motivated automotive technicians to join our team. We offer a competitive compensation package and a supportive environment for growth.

Pay

• Flat-rate pay ranging from $25.00 to $50.00 per hour
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000
• Tenure bonus program starting after six months, up to $3.50 per flat-rate hour
• Performance-based spiffs

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to Toyota standards
• Complete oil changes, tire services, brakes, inspections, and basic diagnostics
• Learn advanced diagnostic and repair procedures from experienced Toyota technicians
• Accurately document repairs and maintain quality workmanship
• Work efficiently while maintaining a customer-first mindset
• Participate in Toyota training and certification programs

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive repair experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus but not required)
• Automotive trade school graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic diagnostic and repair skills
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to continue learning
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug test

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Saturday availability
• Sundays off
