Service Technician - Remodeling, W2!
About the Role
Join a team that values your craftsmanship, skill, and experience as a Service Technician in Minneapolis. You will perform necessary service work in a safe and effective manner, contributing to our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home®. You will report directly to our Installation Manager and collaborate closely with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

Requirements
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail
- Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or construction
- Sense of pride in your work and unwavering commitment to customers
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid smart phone or smart device for two-factor authentication on company systems
Responsibilities
- Meet customers and conduct a visual tour of the service area
- Keep customers apprised of service progress
- Perform service on customers' windows and doors safely and effectively
- Review service completion with the customer and secure required signatures
- Ensure the customer’s location is left clean and safe
Schedule
Monday – Friday, beginning at 6:30 AM
