About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware and software.
- Maintain and upgrade client equipment as needed.
- Provide training and support to clients on new technologies.
- Document service calls and maintenance activities for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or similar field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Proficient in using common IT tools and software.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols.
- Experience with remote access and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
