Service Technician / Mechanic - BodyWorks by Murray Motors / BMW of Denver Downtown

Responsibilities

• Detect and repair mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain components on collision-damaged vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for hidden mechanical damage and identify additional repairs needed.
• Remove, replace, and reinstall mechanical components as required for collision repairs.
• Perform diagnostic testing using scan tools and other automotive equipment.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership quality and safety standards.
• Document completed repairs and communicate additional repair needs to the Body Shop Manager or appropriate team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while completing repairs efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience; collision/body shop experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
• ASE or I-CAR certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, teamwork, and commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

Pay

$30.00 to $40.00 per flat rate hourly

Full Time
Monday through Friday availability
Weekends off
