Service Technician - Luxe at Mile High

About the role

Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. This role is for a Service Technician at Mile High, Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the “make-ready” process for vacant apartment homes.
• Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items.
• Completes documentation and paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion.
• Maintains the grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs.

Other Responsibilities

• Complies with safety and risk-management policies.
• Inspects work performed by contractors, vendors, and other service providers.
• Assists in conducting routine and periodic property inspections.

Physical Demands

• Stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
• Bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
• Work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
• Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
• Rare or regular travel may be required.
• Work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Licenses or Certifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (Certified Service Technicians).
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions (all Service Technicians).
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable).

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $22 - $25.

Additional Compensation

• Corporate Positions: Quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
