Service Technician - Lindenbrooke Apartments

About the role

We're seeking a Service Technician to join the team at Lindenbrooke Apartments in South Park, PA. This role involves maintaining and repairing apartments and community spaces, ensuring they look and function at their best.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Get empty homes move-in ready
• Keep the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jump in on snow removal and share on-call shifts
• Create a great resident experience with friendly, professional service

Requirements

• Two years maintenance experience and/or training
• High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus

Qualifications

• Passion for hands-on work and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and tackle different tasks daily
