Key Responsibilities
- Survey all potential new service accounts along with new equipment at current service accounts
- Manages key accounts: Communication with customers and the Sales team with any changes or needs
- Routinely manages with service coordinator
- Training and meetings with service techs
- Maintains equipment – Ladders, drills, safety gear for techs
- Coincides with other departments for inventory, scheduling etc.
- Make initial contact with the person in charge when arriving on site and explain the day's work
- Install HVAC filters in various types of air handlers
- Performs visual inspections of each unit during the service
- Takes notes of any deficiencies and forwards it to manager to contact the customer
- Have the paperwork signed
- Make deliveries and pickups when necessary
Requirements
- HVAC technical Certification from accredited school
- Experience with hand tools
- Forklift driver experience is preferred
- OSHA 10 or above required
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC
- Surveying Safety Training
- High School diploma
- Must have transportation to the branch
- Able to lift 25+ pounds as needed
- Experience working indoors and outdoors
- Experience driving 16ft box trucks
- Feel comfortable working with hand tools
- Valid driver’s license Clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a DOT Physical Examination
- Full-Time Basic math skill is needed to be able to figure percentages and to verify figures
- Must be able to communicate w/ customers and co workers
