Service Technician IV (Commercial)

About the role

A Commercial HVACR Service Technician is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate should have exposure to high-end HVACR technology, be EPA certified, possess extensive experience in providing high customer service, and have a detailed and accurate approach to their work.

Responsibilities

• Offer high-quality customer service and maintain a positive attitude
• Operate and repair various HVACR systems including City Multi VRF, Aaon, refrigeration, and split systems
• Drive safely with a clean record and at least 3 years of experience
• Use a smart phone paperless system and ensure accuracy in work
• Deliver work promptly and professionally to both customers and colleagues

Requirements

• EPA Certified
• Exposure to high-end HVACR technology (City Multi VRF, Aaon, Refrigeration, split systems)
• Experience in offering high customer service skills and a helpful attitude
• Detail-oriented, skilled with smart phone paperless system, and take pride in accuracy as a signature of your work
• Skilled in delivering work timely with a positive and encouraging presence to customers and co-workers
• No high-pressure sales or quotas

Qualifications

• Have a clean driving record and at least 3 years of driving experience
