Culligan of Mansfield Ohio is looking for a dependable Service Technician / Installer to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with benefits and no weekends or late nights. Responsibilities include: Installing, repairing and maintaining water softeners, drinking water systems, whole-house filtration and other equipment Performing diagnostics and water testing to troubleshoot equipmentExplaining repair and replacement options to customersDelivering 50-lb salt bags, 5-gallon water bottles and other products when needed Assisting with equipment deliveries and installationsMaintaining your company vehicle, tools, and equipmentProviding friendly, professional customer serviceFollowing company procedures and safety practices What We're Looking For Water treatment experience is not required. We'll train the right person. High school diploma or GED Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with tools and equipment Dependable, organized, coachable and willing to learn Able to follow established procedures Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working independently Able to safely lift and move equipment and products weighing 50–75 lbs. Takes pride in quality work and customer service Experience in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, maintenance, construction, automotive repair or other skilled trades is helpful, but not required.
