Service Technician III - St John's Wood

Job Responsibilities

Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling

Requirements

• Have At least 2 years’ in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
