Service Technician III - St. John's Wood

Job Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
• HAVE TO BE EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
• HAVE TO HAVE HVAC installation experience
• HAVE TO HAVE HVAC troubleshooting experience
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus
• PASSING A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED
• PASSING A DRUG TEST REQUIRED
• PASSING A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND INSURANCE CHECK REQUIRED
• Ability to lift 100 lbs
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Initiative and customer service skills
• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
