Service Technician II (Assistant Maintenance)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our 216-unit apartment community located in Titusville, FL!

Responsibilities

- Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to: - A/C and heating systems - Electrical and plumbing - Appliances - Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings - Tile, carpet, flooring - Ceiling leaks

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance. - Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification. - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. - Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment. - Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 6 weeks for emergencies.

Pay

$22.00 - $23.50 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Schedule

Work Days: Monday – Friday Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 6 weeks for emergencies.
