About the role
As a Service Technician I, you will transform vacant units into move-in ready apartments, maintain the property grounds, and perform other duties as assigned.Responsibilities
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance.
- Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready.
- Walking the property grounds and common areas, picking up trash and debris.
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of previous maintenance experience on an apartment community, commercial building, or single-family residences.
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
- Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
