Service Technician I

Maintain and Clean

• Maintain building grounds: sweep lots, remove snow, mow grass, water shrubbery and grass.
• Keep public areas free of litter and debris.
• Empty garbage and smoker's receptacles.

Routine Maintenance

• Perform daily maintenance tasks at the casino.
• Receive all incoming shipments.
• Maintain and move equipment and supplies throughout all facilities.
• Support special event equipment needs.
• Aid in table layout and removal/moving of gaming tables.
• Assist with engineering duties including mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
• Assist painters and carpenters as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Experience in technical fields such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and heating/air conditioning is helpful.
• Ability to initiate and complete work orders.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Excellent communication skills, including writing and speaking effectively.
• Ability to resolve problems/conflicts diplomatically and tactfully.
• Physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits
