Service Technician - Greenview at Chestnut Run

About the role

Our Maintenance Technicians at Berger Communities are responsible for ensuring that our apartment communities feel like home. They take pride in their work, enjoy problem-solving, and strive to make a positive impact on residents daily.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Get empty homes move-in ready
• Keep the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jump in on snow removal and share on-call shifts
• Create a great resident experience with friendly, professional service

Requirements

• Two years maintenance experience and/or training
• High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check
