Responsibilities

  • Perform all levels of repair and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, recommend and repair all critical machine and engine adjustments
  • Study, read, and interpret schematic engineering drawings
  • Test to ensure accuracy of repairs
  • Maintain detailed records of service interactions, solutions provided, and follow-up actions
  • Timely input of machine-related customer interactions into internal system
  • Complete all assignments in a timely manner and meet service delivery schedules
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Helpful experience includes: drilling equipment operation, farm background or farm work experience, working on engines or automotive components, or heavy equipment use - manufacturing preferred
  • Able to read and understand schematics
  • Proficient with hand tools
  • Basic PC knowledge (ability to operate a keyboard and basic navigation between screens within an application)
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
