About the role
KLX Energy Services LLC is seeking a Service Technician/Driver at their Bridgeport, WV location. The role involves performing various tasks related to equipment installation, maintenance, and communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- Performs shipping and receiving duties, loading and unloading trucks, and using a computer system for tracking and reporting.
- Installs, disassembles, and maintains company and competitor equipment according to manufacturer standards.
- Monitors, evaluates, and adjusts processes and equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintains communication with customers and site leaders, providing advice on repair/replacement options and addressing product and installation issues.
- Inspects, rebuilds, operates, tests, and troubleshoots equipment, paints equipment, and completes records and documentation.
- Operates heavy machinery if properly certified.
Requirements
- Education: Less than High School Diploma
- Work Experience: 0-2 years
- Physical Requirements: Precise hand/eye coordination, basic keyboarding, operation of heavy equipment, lifting/pushing objects weighing over 50 lbs, climbing and working in awkward and cramped positions, exposure to inclement weather, bright lights, loud noise, dust, gas, and/or fumes.

- Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Work Experience: 0-2 years
- Physical Requirements: Same as above.
Skills
Must have a working understanding of operations, be able to communicate with clients, and follow safety guidelines and industry standards.
