About the role

We are seeking highly motivated Service Techs and Customer Service Advisors for our Jiffy Lube franchise locations in Fort Collins, Longmont, Boulder, and Denver. The primary function of these roles is to provide an excellent service experience for our customers while safely servicing vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely service vehicles
• Maintain positive customer relations
• Follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Provide full-cycle customer service including greeting, service, and dispute resolution
• Drive a vehicle during work hours
• Work in various weather conditions (extreme heat, cold)
• Endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Able to work retail hours
• Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break
• Detail-oriented
