Key Responsibilities
- Rigging and Maintenance: Set up, tear down, and maintain well site surface rental equipment and housing quarters.
- Installation: Install semi-permanent water and sewer systems.
- Maintenance: Handle minor electrical tasks related to pumps, vacuums, light plants, generators, and housing units.
- Coordination: Work closely with site supervisors, external vendors, and other company representatives to plan and organize locations.
- On-Site Operations: Participate in on-site installation of well site accommodations and equipment.
- Logistics Management: Monitor and coordinate the logistics and transportation of company assets.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members in structured work crews.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations by completing daily Job Safety Analysis, pre/post-trip inspection reports, and near-miss and hazard reports.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Clean Driving Record: A motor vehicle record that meets fleet insurance requirements.
- Drug-Free Workplace: Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and housing troubleshooting and repairs.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation.
- Results-Driven: Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve outstanding results.
- Outdoor Enthusiast: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains.
