Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
• Maintain the appearance and safety of our 184-unit community.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure residents receive prompt emergency service.
• Partner with your team to create a community residents are proud to call home.

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• A team player who treats residents and coworkers with respect, communicates with integrity, and takes ownership of their work.

Pay

$22.00–$26.00 per hour, with $300 paid out Quarterly for Morgan Essentials incentives.
