About the role
Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs. Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and knowledge in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance fields are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers
- Document all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
- Track all work progress and ensure supervisor is apprised
- Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
Requirements
- College or technical school certification in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful but not required
- At least 1 year of service technician experience or related fields preferred
- RVIA certification helpful but not required
- Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
- Possible exposure to environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending
- Must furnish own hand/shop tools
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Valid driver's license preferred

- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay range for this role is $22.00 - $53.48 per hour. Camping World offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more!
