Service Technician

About the role

This position is for a Termite Inspector/Christmas Decor Crew Leader. The role runs from February through September, where you will drive to customers' homes in a company vehicle and perform the annual termite inspection inside and outside of their homes. From October through January, you will lead a small crew of 2-4 people during the Christmas season.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customers' homes in a company vehicle for termite inspections.
• Monitor daily to keep track of the weekly schedule.
• Help as needed with termite treatments, including crawling under homes and walking/standing for extended periods.
• Up-sell services to customers and make sales commissions.
• Lead a small crew of 2-4 people during the Christmas season, driving to clients' homes or businesses to install Christmas lights and decorations.
• Work on a 4-day work week from 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday, with a rotating schedule (generally 1-2 Saturdays per month).
• Work a 5-day-a-week schedule from October through January, with potential for overtime.

Requirements

• Independent and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable crawling under a home and walking/standing for extended periods.
• The ability to work on a roof is preferred but not required.

Pay

$16 - $18 hourly.

Schedule

February through September: 4-day work week from 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday.

October through January: 5-day-a-week schedule from 7 am to 6 pm, with potential for overtime.
