Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding pest control services
- Maintain a winning attitude and proactive mindset
- Earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers
- Work independently and represent a company that customers genuinely love and trust
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics
- Pass a drug screen
- Obtain a local Pesticide License (we cover training & testing fees)
Bonus & Commission
- 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed
- $2 per each completed mosquito stop
- Seasonal bonus opportunities
- “Tip Your Tech” program where customer can leave gratuity $10 for every 5 STAR Google Business review
- Seasonal tip matching opportunities
Pay
Pay: $22–$24 per hour + incentives & bonuses + commission on new accounts
Schedule
Day shift Monday to Friday Rotating Saturday's Year round work
