Service Tech - Residential HVAC

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, routine service, and preventative maintenance
• Identify system issues and recommend effective solutions for repair or replacement
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes
• Communicate clearly with customers about system performance and service recommendations
• Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification - universal OR type I and II
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment

Pay

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $200,000 annually, with an optional sign-on bonus of up to $3,500 based on experience and interview. Earning potential over $100K/year is possible based on performance.
