Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of installations, repair and preventive maintenance duties on buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Repair and maintain non‑critical utility systems and components of critical utility systems.

Required Qualifications

• Skilled in at least one engineering trade, with practical experience in other trades.
• 2 years of experience in a trade or general building maintenance OR completed education in the field of engineering in lieu of experience.
• Self‑starter with excellent technical and customer service skills.

• Healthcare experience preferred.

Pay

Position Pay Range: $29.73‑$41.71/hour

Schedule

Must be available to work a varied shift (Start time will be dependent on the department's need) and varied schedule including weekends.
